🔹 Unopened Items

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • To qualify, products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

🔹 Opened or Used Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Please carefully review your order before opening to ensure it is correct.

🔹 Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a one-time exchange or refund.

  • Proof of damage (such as clear photos of the package and product) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges or refunds will not be processed without valid proof of damage.

🔹 Exclusions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that:

  • Are returned after the 14-day window.

  • Show signs of use, tampering, or are not in their original condition.

  • Have been personalized or mixed with other products.
