Effective March 2025, all prices shown on our website already include applicable California sales tax.

• The price you see on each product page is the final price you pay, with tax included.

• No additional California sales tax will be added at checkout.

• This approach ensures transparency, convenience, and compliance with California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) regulations.

Out-of-State Orders

For orders shipped outside of California:

• We currently do not collect other states’ sales tax unless legally required.

• Customers may be responsible for reporting and paying use tax in their home state, depending on local laws.

• Once our sales reach the thresholds that create economic nexus in other states, we will begin collecting and remitting sales tax for those states as required by law.

What This Means for You

• California Customers: The price you see is the final price — sales tax is already included.

• Out-of-State Customers: You pay the listed price at checkout. If your state requires use tax, it is your responsibility to report and pay it directly to your state tax authority.
